Today, I want to share with you the calming strategies that were my lifeline, the ones that guided me to tranquility amidst my own cancer journey. Conclusion

It’s important to find the coping strategies that work best for you. Experiment with different techniques and give yourself permission to explore what brings you peace and relief.  I tried many different approached until I found that journaling and guided meditation were the most beneficial coping strategies for me.
